Beyond limits, below the surface
Black Element started in 2009 in Islamabad with two drill rigs, a borrowed Land Cruiser and a contract to log core at a coal prospect in Lakhra. Seventeen years later we run six service lines across three provinces and employ more than 470 people, most of them from the districts we work in.
What hasn't changed is the operating rule set on day one: no target is worth a shortcut on ground support, and every client sees the same production numbers we see.

The questions we get asked most, answered plainly.
Hard hat, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots, safety glasses and hearing protection are mandatory everywhere. Underground crews add self-rescuers, cap lamps and gas monitors, all issued and inspected daily.
Ground instability, dust, blasting and heavy-vehicle traffic are the main hazards. We control them with engineered ground support, water-spray dust suppression, exclusion zones during blasts and a segregated light-vehicle road network.
Supervisors run a documented pre-shift inspection, the HSE team audits weekly, and provincial inspectors visit quarterly. Findings go into a tracked register with an owner and a close-out date.
