Founded in 2009 in Islamabad, Black Element has grown from a two-rig exploration contractor into a full-service mining company operating in Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

We own our fleet, train our own crews and publish our safety data every quarter — because the people who hire us should never have to take our word for it.

What we offer

Three questions every new client asks before their first site visit.

Hard hat, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots, safety glasses and hearing protection are mandatory everywhere. Underground crews add self-rescuers, cap lamps and gas monitors, all issued and inspected daily.

Ground instability, dust, blasting and heavy-vehicle traffic are the main hazards. We control them with engineered ground support, water-spray dust suppression, exclusion zones during blasts and a segregated light-vehicle road network.

Supervisors run a documented pre-shift inspection, the HSE team audits weekly, and provincial inspectors visit quarterly. Findings go into a tracked register with an owner and a close-out date.
